Through this work I have learned that we all hold the capacity to free ourselves, simply by going in and following the breath, with an open heart into the places it wants us to love.I bring over 20 years of experience in bodywork, energy healing, business coaching, and Breathwork. Having mentored with industry-leading teachers, I’ve facilitated hundreds of 1:1 and group Breathwork sessions and trained over 50 facilitators. This practice has not only healed me but allowed me to witness the incredible depth of human expression, helping individuals reclaim their authentic selves.
