EarthBody Breathwork
Breathwork Facilitator Training + Mentorship
A comprehensive, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator training rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, ethical facilitation, and embodied leadership.
65+ hours of in-person training, practicum, mentorship, and integration.
Developed through over 20 years of experience in somatic practice, facilitation, and wellness leadership and refined through training more than 100 facilitators.
This is not a quick certification.
It is a structured pathway designed to help you develop the practical skills, presence, discernment, and confidence required to guide breathwork safely and responsibly.
At the core of this work is the understanding that facilitation is not about performance or intensity. It is about learning how to work with the body, the breath, the nervous system, and human experience in a way that is responsive, ethical, relational, and grounded.
Whether you are looking to become a breathwork facilitator, deepen an existing practice, or expand your capacity to work with others, this training offers a clear and supported path into the work.
WHY THIS TRAINING
The nervous system shapes how we experience life.
It influences our ability to regulate stress, process emotion, stay connected under pressure, and respond to change.
Breathwork can create powerful shifts, but without proper pacing, attunement, and understanding, intensity alone does not create safety or integration.
This training emphasizes:
nervous system literacy
embodied awareness
ethical facilitation
relational intelligence
emotional integration
practical skill development
presence under pressure
Rather than focusing on performance, catharsis, or pushing for an experience, EarthBody Breathwork teaches facilitators how to respond to what is actually happening in real time.
This work is grounded in both lived experience and practical application.
Students learn not only how to guide breathwork sessions, but how to develop the internal capacity required to hold space with greater steadiness, discernment, and care.
WHAT MAKES THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT
This approach emphasizes:
capacity over intensity
pacing over pushing
regulation over performance
integration over peak experience
attunement over rigid technique
ethics, consent, and nervous system awareness
This training bridges:
breathwork facilitation
nervous system regulation
somatic awareness
emotional processing
relational dynamics
embodiment practices
intuitive development and discernment
The result is a facilitation approach that is grounded, responsive, and adaptable to the complexity of real human experience.
WHY THIS TRAINING IS IN PERSON
This work belongs in the body.
Facilitation is relational. It is learned through presence, observation, co-regulation, feedback, and lived experience.
While online education can provide information, the deeper skills of holding space are developed through direct practice with others.
This is why the core of this training takes place in person.
Students learn through:
guided facilitation practice
group process
observation
feedback
nervous system tracking
experiential learning
real-time relational dynamics
Online integration sessions are included to support reflection, accountability, and continued development between training weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Students will develop practical skills in:
conscious connected breathwork facilitation
nervous system regulation and tracking
breath mechanics and breathing patterns
session pacing and structure
trauma-informed facilitation principles
emotional processing and integration
group facilitation and relational dynamics
communication, consent, and boundaries
reading the body and responding in real time
supporting activation without overwhelm
embodiment and facilitator presence
intuitive awareness and discernment
This training combines educational learning with hands-on practice and experiential integration.
WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR
This training is for you if:
you want to become a breathwork facilitator
you already work with people and want to deepen your capacity
you are drawn to somatic and nervous system-based work
you value grounded, ethical, trauma-informed facilitation
you want practical skills, not just peak experiences
you are looking for a training that integrates embodiment, emotional intelligence, and nervous system awareness
No previous experience is required for Level 1.

What Facilitators Say
“I wanted to thank you for your generosity, integrity, leadership by example, inspiration, support, clarity of who you are, what you offer, where you stand, demonstrating what heart-centred leadership looks like, and really so much more. Thank you for believing in each of us and creating a space that felt easy, hopeful, simple and so grounding. This was a totally amazing weekend for me — life changing in many ways, so heartfelt and inspiring. I was really moved by our collective experience and felt more ‘myself’ than… ever? It was really heartening to feel that ‘click’ with this path. Like a dream come true.”
— Heidi, Facilitator Training Graduate
“This weekend was amazing — the integration is not light work!! But I’m feeling steady and clear. I have reached out to old friends to share my breathwork progress and to ask for volunteer clients — I already have several takers! ‘Thank you’ does not feel like enough — I’m still taking it in, rolling it around in my body, unpacking it, exploring it. I’m not sure how to thank someone for this gift.”
— Marnie, Facilitator Training Graduate
“I am deeply grateful for the space you’ve created — one where authenticity isn’t just welcomed but embraced as a way of being. Through the breathwork and your teachings, I was able to explore the gap between who I was projecting to be and who I truly am. You held space for deep healing, allowing me to release trauma, uncover my gifts, and step into a more aligned version of myself. The facilitator training has propelled me forward in ways I never imagined. I feel as though I have leaped across timelines.”
— Claude, Facilitator Training Graduate
