This is a 9-month immersive space for those who are ready to deepen how they show up in their body, in their relationships, and in their life.
This work lives at the intersection of the body, the breath, and the natural world. Not as ideas, but as something you experience and practice in real time.
Over the course of these months, we work with what is actually happening. Your patterns. Your responses. Your way of relating to yourself and to others. We slow things down enough to see clearly.
And from that place, something begins to shift. Not because you are trying harder, but because you are meeting things differently.
