Private Somatic & Breathwork Sessions
Private 1:1 sessions are a space for deep, personalized support rooted in the body, breath, and nervous system. These sessions are intuitive, responsive, and guided by what is most alive and present for you.
Each session meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re moving through a transition, seeking regulation and grounding, deepening your embodiment practice, or integrating personal, relational, or spiritual experiences.
Sessions are held in person or Zoom and may include:
Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
Conscious breathwork (gentle or activating, depending on readiness)
Emotional processing and integration
Embodied inquiry and reflective dialogue
Grounding practices you can take into daily life
This work is experiential and relational, not formulaic. While sessions are powerful as stand-alone support, ongoing containers are recommended for sustained integration and transformation.
