A Half-Day Gathering at Les Ecuries Knight Stables, Wakefield, QC
Sunday, March 8
1:00–4:30 PM
Investment: $125
Limited spots | intimate group
This is an invitation to slow down, root in, and remember what steadies you.
Held in the mountains and among the horses, this half-day gathering is about anchoring into a new foundation, personally and collectively, as we move forward into a new season and a new year of energy.
The Year of the Horse carries momentum, power, and forward motion. But true movement requires grounding. Before we run, we orient. Before we build, we root. This gathering is about tending the structures that allow us to move with clarity, vitality, and integrity.
What We’ll Do Together
We’ll begin outdoors with cacao ceremony and a walking meditation, allowing the land, the horses, and the mountains to orient our nervous systems and bring us into presence.
From there, we’ll move into the loft for:
• Guided breathwork
• Ritual and intention setting
• Song and voice as a form of integration—sharing, listening, and being witnessed
We’ll close the afternoon by coming together around food, simple, nourishing meal:
• Homemade soup
• Grilled cheese
• Warmth, connection, and grounding before heading back into the world
The Energy of the Day
This gathering is rooted in:
• the mothering intelligence of the land
• the steadiness of structure and foundation
• the fire and vitality of Horse energy
• community, voice, and shared presence
It’s not about pushing or performing.
It’s about resourcing.
About remembering what holds you.
About moving forward from a place that’s actually sustainable.
Your Guides: Virgine Rose Sauvagnat, Benoit Hudon, Krista Reid
