It brings a more direct and action-oriented energy, and it’s often a time when we feel the urge to move forward, start something new, or make a change we’ve been thinking about for a while.
At the same time, this kind of energy can bring up hesitation, self-doubt, or a fear of getting it wrong. That’s part of the process. It’s not about having a perfect plan, but about being willing to take a step and stay connected to yourself as you do.
In this session, we’ll begin with cacao to open the body and create a sense of grounding and connection. From there, we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey to help clear what feels stuck, regulate the nervous system, and create space for clarity and direction.
This is a space to check in with yourself honestly, reconnect with what you want, and begin again in a way that feels steady and real.
