Guided by Krista Reid, you’ll be led through a gentle yet powerful active Breathwork journey, awakening the body’s natural intelligence and inner light. Virginie will guide us in Sound and Cacao Ceremony, weaving sacred tones and heart medicine to ground and integrate the experience.
