EarthBody Breathwork
Foundations for Personal Practice and Facilitation
EarthBody Breathwork is the umbrella under which my breathwork practice, trainings, and mentorship live
EarthBody Breathwork is an embodied, teacher-led training rooted in breath, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and lived experience.
This work is not about performance or pushing for catharsis.
It is about learning to listen — to the body, the breath, and the subtle information that arises in real time.
EarthBody Breathwork supports both personal healing and facilitation readiness, while
maintaining clear structure, ethical grounding, and strong leadership.
What This Training Is (and Isn’t)
This training is:
grounded and body-based
trauma-informed and nervous-system aware
rooted in science and embodied wisdom
paced for integration, not intensity
This training is not:
a quick certification
a group therapy space
a performance-based model
a “one-size-fits-all” approach
You are not required to arrive with a goal to facilitate.
You are invited to arrive curious, honest, and willing to be in relationship with your own experience.
Who This Is For
EarthBody Breathwork is for:
people seeking a deeper relationship with their body and breath
practitioners wanting to feel steady and capable holding space
facilitators looking for structure without rigidity
humans in transition who value grounding, presence, and responsibility
Some participants come primarily for personal practice.
Others arrive feeling called toward facilitation.
Both are welcome.
The Structure
This training is anchored by four immersive in-person weekends, supported by monthly
integration and mentorship over time.
What’s included:
4 in-person training weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Monthly online integration + theory calls
Guest teachers offering specific lenses and expertise
Guided facilitation practice and practicum support
Ongoing connection via a private WhatsApp group
A clear beginning, middle, and completion

The Learning Arc
The curriculum follows a coherent progression — from foundations to integration —
weaving science, somatics, and lived practice.
Participants explore:
breath physiology and nervous system literacy
somatic awareness and body tracking
trauma-informed facilitation principles
ethical boundaries and scope of practice
cueing, pacing, and music arcs
grounded energetics and intuitive presence
real-world facilitation and integration
The emphasis is not on doing more —
but on becoming capable, steady, and trustworthy in the body.
Facilitation & Certification
This training supports facilitation readiness through practice, feedback, and responsibility.
Participants who complete all required components — including practicum sessions and integration requirements — are eligible for EarthBody Breathwork certification.
Certification is a marker of preparedness and integrity, not an identity or endpoint.
Leadership & Container
EarthBody Breathwork is a teacher-led container.
While peer reflection and shared learning are part of the experience, the pacing, structure, and direction of the training are held by Krista. This clarity supports safety, depth, and coherence throughout the process.
